I’ve been on and off with FB over the last few years, but been very consistent for the last year - and it paid off! I’m the strongest I’ve ever been and I’m 44!
Normally, yard work, such as moving rock and mulch, planting, tilling, etc, wrecks my body. But this year was different - spent three very long days (7 hours each) working hard. Because of the workouts, squatting, deadlifts, curls, etc, really do play a part in how I approached yard work. I made sure to use proper form when doing all of the work.
Now don’t get me wrong, I was exhausted at the end of each day, but I was not in pain. I finished each day with a 20-30 minute stretching routine from Daniel and Kelli and I felt great each morning! Just finished day three, and all ready to get back to my regular workouts - looking forward to working out with Kelli tomorrow for a total body strength training!
Without being consistent in my workouts, I would need at least a week to recover from all of this work - so thank you for making it easy to want to workout and for making it very accessible for me to do it at home!!
