Daily Check-in: Thursday, May 16th

Hello Blendfriendz!

How are you today?

I'm a bit flustered. Yesterday was 'one of those days' where lots of things seemed to go wrong. Including my oven igniter dying. Which means no baking for me. Which is like telling me I can't breathe. So, that's a bummer. Hopefully the part will get here quickly and we'll be back in business soon.

Anywho, before I forget, let's talk ghosting! Here's our current lineup:

May 18th & 19th: Cabob

May 25th & 26th: Shabnam

June 1st & 2nd: Inge

June 8th & 9th: Karen

June 15th & 16th: ??

We've got several weekends in June in need of a guest host, so if you're interested in taking part, please just let me or Raven know and we'll get ya scheduled in! Thank you in advance!

As for today, what do your workouts look like?

Yesterday I ended up doing Nicole's newest total body routine plus Brian's brand new short core routine. It was a great combo! Enjoyed both routines quite a lot. As for today, we'll see how I feel later, and go from there!

As for food?

Well something not made in the oven, that's for sure.
