Any advice on how to incorporate weighted jump rope workouts with FB programs?

I hope you are all well!
I really enjoy doing FB programs, particularly the only-strength ones as I hate HIIT. However, I do feel the need to do more cardio (especially because I spend many hours sitting at my desk due to my job), and I really enjoy skipping rope using crossrope's weighted jump ropes. Do any of you incorporate weighted jump ropes with FB programs? If yes, do you have any advice? I'm a bit worried about overtraining and not giving my muscles enough recovery time, particularly with FB strength programs that are 5 days a week. I'd really appreciate any advice! Thanks!
