Mid-week, mid-month check-in!

How is it going for you?

Probably you have noticed I am feeling a bit overwhelmed and anxious lately. Hence today's thought. I also attended a webinar yesterday about Worklfe Blending and they included some things about balance and relaxation. I will try to go for a walk today at work to help keep myself in check.

The day is starting out great..Outlook does not work and unfortunately, I can only access 1/4 inboxes through webmail. Maybe I can just go home.

I will go to the gym after work. I have some thoughts about what I want to do already.

I think I slept better last night but I was up early again and in this weird dozy phase.

Anyways, enough rambling, let's get on with it.
