Alrights guys, let's talk some workout things, eh? What do your workouts look like for today?
Well, like a lot of folks, I've completed the 30 Day Challenge (congrats to all who've completed it so far!). So now I'm left on my own. Without nary a workout scheduled. It's like the Wild West on my FB Calendar. It's all good though, I'll just embrace my lot in life as a feral being and randomly choose whatever sounds good (like maybe that new 65 minute one from Erica...)
And what about some good eats happenin for today?
I'll refer back to my feral state and say that food will happen. But it probably won't be pretty (edible, but not pretty).
Finally, how bout a pic of something that IS pretty? Like these aptly named Spring Beauties! Gorgeous little flowers, ain't they? These little guys/gals show up very briefly, and are in fact already done blooming for the year. Such is the fate of the spring ephemerals.
