Happy Sunday Ppals and Happy Mothers day to all mothers that celebrate mothers day today!

It is a beautiful sunny day and in the 60's F, so quite comfortable.

Yesterday I went back to the new park I've mentioned before. I am showing a picture from the sky walk. They did a good job designing this park. There are areas to walk, grassy areas for picnics, nice playground areas and even a fenced bark yard with tunnels for dogs to have fun in. There is good parking too.

Today I am going on another walk closer to home. It won't be as exciting as yesterday's walk but there's good parking and there will be pretty views.

In exercise news I am following along with my own 4 week routine. Yesterday I swapped in Amanda's short abs workout on the foam roller. Today I have yoga with Marina.

I have also been enjoying listening to the cicadas. They are quite loud by my house. We have 13 year and 17 year cicadas coinciding. and It's a nice white background noise once you figure out it is the cicadas.
