Weekend Check-in 👻: May 12th

Happy Sunday, Blendies! And to our U.S. Blendies, Happy Mother’s Day! And for those of you who are missing your mothers, or struggling to be a mother, hugs to you.

A bit of a ramble today, sorry. Don’t ban me from ghosting!

How are you today? I’m not gonna fake it, I’m sad. I got to see my friend’s children yesterday and hug them tight, and when her youngest threw his arms around my neck and hung on for dear life and cried, my heart just shattered.

But there was also a lot of joy yesterday, and isn’t that how life goes sometimes? Grief and joy mingle together?

So I’ve got a survey for you. Feel free to skip! There are a few foods out there that seem to really divide people 😆, and I want to know your thoughts. Yay or nay on these foods:

Olives?

Black licorice?

Cilantro?

I’m a yay for all of them!

I’m also a yay for a workout today. What about you? I normally don’t workout on Sundays, but I sat a lot yesterday. It’s day 4 of Kayla’s challenge, lower body corrective circuit.

And I’m pretty sure that we are all a yay for food! What’s on the menu today? I’m undecided on that front. Something easy!
