I would Like to make a Challenge suggestion, that could Help me (and maybe Others) to incorporate more Yoga into my Workout schedule.
Would it be an Option to Design a Yoga Challenge (Like the 30 day Challenge) that is focusing on one Pose per day? I'm thinking of short (maybe 5-10 Minutes) workouts that Focus on a specific Pose and guide us the way to it, explaining the Benefits, including warming Up (If needed) and showing modifications where possible. I'm Just thinking that this could BE an Idea to showing the variety of Yoga in an accessible way.
