🛌🏿 Workout Request...

....for those days when getting out of bed is too hard. I followed a routine like this on Instagram when my energy was really low and I could not get out of bed, but desperately wanted to do *something* for movement. Much of it was leg and arm raises (in various directions), clamshells, and a bit of core work at the end.

It could be similar to Erica's wake up and go routine in length and difficulty, but with several exercises done on one side to minimize shifting around--
