Hello community - I think this is my first post! I've been a looooong time member of Fitness Blender (I stumbled across Daniel and Kelli ages ago - I think it was around 2010!) but have never posted. So if there is a post about this topic please feel free to direct me to it.
I'm planning on doing some multi-day backpacking trips this summer. I was wondering if anyone could recommend one of the workout programs to help me prep for this? I will also likely do some day hikes in the area progressively adding weight to my backpack to simulate trail conditions as much as possible. Would love to hear what people have done and get involved in the community a bit to help me stay committed!
