Okay, so what about some movement today? ..I will achieve that with Erica and her total body mobility routine. Should feel real nice and a sort of calm before the storm of a workout with Brian tomorrow. But what about you?
And what about food? Hmm, not entirely sure on the caloric front. I am on a salad kick, so more of that for sure. I've started growing these Everglades tomatoes--think half the size of cherry tomatoes but packs a ton of flavor--and they are sooooo good in a mixed green salad. Or really just to pick and eat plain.
Picture for today is all blue with this Whitemouth Dayflower. The "whitemouth" part refers to the white center sandwhiched between the bigger and very blue elephant ear petals.
