New Proficiency Test! Benchmark Your Physical and Mental Strength

Good morning FB Family!

I’m so excited to announce the arrival of our proficiency test! This short assessment is the start of hopefully many future approaches to helping you track your physical and mental improvements as you tackle challenges, programs, and other various phases of training:

We’ve kept this proficiency test as straightforward and simple as possible to:

  1. Give folks who aren’t accustomed to tracking measures a relatively easy start to monitoring their progress.
  2. Give us all a chance to practice tracking our progress together as a FB team/community over the next couple of months.
  3. Help us all take note of how intentionally progressing our workouts with blocks of specific training focuses leads to consistent physical and mental improvements.
