Yesterday was a little hectic (Mondaze, amirite?๐ ) so I'm hoping today will be more chill. As if days of the week have rules, lol.
Anyway, how about your workouts? ..Tasha torched my lower body yesterday; that workout about as firey as the color of the top she wore. But boy was it amazing. Her top. Oh and the workout.
So a sore lower just means turning to upper body with Nicole today as part of the 30 day challenge. I hope you enjoy your moving around today!
As for dinner, I'm thinking chicken, rice and veggies. You know, the scary healthy kind of meal๐
Picture to share today is of some Horned Bladderwort. The top of the plant is harmless despite that spiky (not spiky) looking horn. You have to go below for the more sinister side to these carnivorous orangey yellow beauties. Because they get their nutrients by way of trapping bugs with their underground bladder system. It's kinda cool. Unless, of course, you are a bug. Then it's just not cool.
