New Workout! Upper Body and Core Bench Strength

Good morning FB Family!

Today’s workout release is the upper body/core companion to the Lower Body Bench Strength routine:

Upper Body and Core Bench Strength Circuits

Just as we did during its lower body counterpart, we increase the challenge (and core engagement) of each exercise with the usage of a bench/stable inclined surface. Take a few minutes before pressing play to make sure that your bench/alternative object won’t slip on your workout surface and can accommodate your weight during each exercise, especially during the second circuit when we play around with the angle of the bench incline. Also note that all exercises are easily modifiable so that you can also complete this workout without a bench!

I love using a bench from time to time during my strength workouts and realize that the only reason I don’t use one more often is that I usually forget that I have a bench, haha. I think I’ll start throwing a few bench workouts into the planning mix from here on out (if that sounds like a good idea to you).
