In less than 30 minutes, we’ll kick, push, and punch away our stressors using a variety of combo cardio moves. This routine is highly scalable, so you can join in the fun regardless of fitness experience. We’ve rated this routine as a Level 3 difficulty, but change your tempo to increase or decrease effort level.
My favorite part of the workout are the working recovery intervals that are carefully crafted into the cardio circuit. They give you a chance to catch your breath, but in a productive sense. You can also modify the working intervals (60 seconds each) to make them shorter or longer, based upon your personal preference.
As I grow older, I’ve noticed that my workout preferences are shifting. Instead of reaching for heavy weights, I am sometimes more drawn to cardio routines that keep my mind and body engaged for an extended period of time. These workouts check off a variety of boxes for me: stress relief, heart healthy, low impact, and sweaty fun. My hope is that you have the same type of experience with this workout and others like it!
