New Workout: 40 Minute Butt and Thigh Pilates Workout

Hey Fitness Blender Family! I’ve got a new workout for you this morning: 

40 Minute Butt and Thigh Pilates Workout — Pilates Inspired Workout for Happy Hips, Back and Knees

This is a fun lower body and core Pilates flow that’s great for the strength and alignment of knees, hips and low back. These exercises primarily target the smaller support muscles of the glutes, the thighs, and core. These exercises can be beneficial for almost literally any fitness goal or fitness level — from beginners, to people returning to exercise after an injury, or athletes looking to improve performance and support their bodies through intense training. All of the exercises are low impact and can be easily scaled to be more or less difficult (more tips on this in the write up).

Never underestimate those "slower" workouts that strengthen your foundation — a workout doesn't need to be high impact, or sweaty, or brutal in order to have significant impact. These exercises have had a profound benefit on my own mobility, pain levels and ability over the years, and I hope they serve you well, too.
