Now I am back and I learned that my new goals is not weight loss but Body Recomposition (Building muscle and loosing body fat at the same time. with a high protein intake and a small caloric deficite ((250-300 below maintenance))
I'm currently doing jumpstart but I was wondering which programm you could reccommend for my needs
