How are you today?

It's both already and only Thursday, so that means we gotta talk ghosting! Here's our current line-up:

April 27th & 28th: Karen

May 4th & 5th: Lea

May 11th & 12th: Coby

May 18th & 19th: Cabob

May 25th & 26th: ??

June 1st & 2nd: Inge

We've got a lot of free weekends starting in May that are in need of a guest host! So if you're interested in ghosting one of those weekends, please speak up, let Raven or me know; and we'll get ya on the schedule--and thank you!

Day 4 of the challenge for me; which means lower body work with Erica! Excited for that!
