Calorie Tracking

Good morning all,

I just want to share, I've been struggling with loosing weight since my third child. I eat well and exercise at minimum 5 days a week. I've always been anti calorie tracking though because I make my own food. However, I heard a dietitian say the other day, you can calorie track like a type B person-get the general idea of how many calories in you are taking not the exact amount. This has made such a difference for me! Clearly my issue was portion size. We eat very well-huge garden, meat fresh from the butcher, etc. I'm already starting to see some weight come off. Anyone else have a similar experience? Any words of advice/motivation to keep going? Thank you in advance!!
