I am looking for some total body (or upper body & core) strength workout videos that are NOT made up of compound exercises. I.E one group of lower body exercises, another group upper body etc... I just find that I can't give my all to compound exercises the way I would like to. I end up having to lower my weights significantly in order to complete the range of motion, and not challenging my stronger muscle groups as much.
I feel like compound TB workouts really do help build coordination, but sometimes I don't have enough time in the week to do isolated workouts on each muscle group and I want to give 100% without having to string a bunch of videos together. I don't mind it sometimes, and I'll continue to put together my own custom routines, but I guess I'd just like to see more comprehensive videos like this.
