New Workout! Unilateral Weighted Cardio

Hey everyone! This newest workout will combine the world of unilateral training, cardio, and weight training:

Unilateral Weighted Cardio

Throughout and after this workout you’ll feel strong, functional, and capable in your body as we capitalize on core stability, total body strength and coordination, functionality, and endurance. 

For the workout portion, we have 2 groups of 8 exercises, each group repeated twice. Group 1 is all-standing while group 2 is all mat work. Total body movements completed at a steady pace with weights are what will drive up the cardio effect! Rated a level 3 in difficulty, you can follow along with me to take the middle ground, but there are also simple adjustments you can make to make this more of a level 2 or level 4 experience.
