HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group March 30th
Good next-to-last day of March! I can’t say that this month has gone by fast for me, yet here we are at the end.
We should enjoy a couple of sunny days here to end the month. I’m looking forward to temperatures warming up in April, so we can open our windows at night. April is the true spring month for me, when signs of the season pop up. And spring is a season of hope for me, for growth and light, both in nature and within myself.
So what have you planned for this Easter weekend, workout-wise or otherwise? We don’t celebrate this holiday, but I will eat a Cadbury Creme Egg at some point. We have to complete all of our grocery shopping and errands today, as everything will be closed tomorrow. And for our monthly dinner-date, we’ll go to an Italian restaurant tonight.
As for workouts, after not exercising yesterday, I’ll get back to the Bored Easily 2-week challenge today. I only have a few workouts left. And I will try a short walk today, aiming for around 0.5-0.6km.
