Yet again, we continue to push the limits on what we're capable of as we continue building improvements in our strength, cardiovascular fitness, and functionality in this final week. We may be seeing some of the toughest workouts yet (I spy two level 5's), but we're in a place where we're prepared for them!
WEEK 4 - This final week ups the average duration to 50 minutes/day at an average difficulty of 3.5
Despite experiencing our longest workouts yet, notice that there are two days designated to gentle movements, mobility, and stretching work. By continuing to give your best effort in the tougher workouts, each minute of the less intense routines will be cherished and feel like a warm hug to your mind and body!
No matter what pace you're finishing out this challenge, you have much to be proud of. What's going through your mind as we start our final week? How's your body feeling? Have you discovered anything new about yourself?
After finishing a fitness program we've committed great time and effort to, we naturally collect more information about ourselves and our goals along the way. Once this challenge is complete, be sure to give yourself several rest days before jumping into the next thing!
