Sports day! + Mini Catchup + FB Story

Hey blenders,

I just came back from school, and today it was a sports day!

Yesterday I did a BRUTAL level 5 lower body workout by Kelli, but it was still an awesome workout which went straight to my favs.

So, we could choose any three sports, so I chose football, athletics and badminton, which involves the total body.

As this was my first time, I got 4th position in athletics, badminton was more or less nice, but our team lost in football. Geez!

But that's all right, next time there's a sports day I'll give 1000% percent. (Took some motivation by Kelli there)

I think I've definitely improved my overall strength since I joined FB, and definitely my endurance.

But today I might've stretched too much and my muscles gave out in athletics. (LOL)

So... yeah

Ups and downs here, but next time it'll all be ups.

BTW, grade 7 and fb plus membership is up next! Isn't it great?
