Getting back after difficult times with longcovid and exhaustion
Hello everyone,
I've been working out woth FB for well over 10 years. Unfortunately I've had challenges with longcovid and work related stress for the last couple of years. Every time I have tried to start a program, I end up exhausted and have to quit. It is so frustrating because I really miss the fantastic feeling after a good workout. Also I'm getting aches and pain for not being active enough. Now I'm still not feeling so much better but I'm trying again to start the 2 weeks beginner challenge. I really hope to get finally back on track. Excercise really is the best medicine, but it's not always easy to find the right dosage :D
Does anyone have some tips for me how to slowly get in shape? I believe my work situation is now better at least for the rest of the year.
