I have been leveling up lately, increasing weights and feeling stronger and more toned. I am also feeling mentally drained and frankly rather cranky from a few really busy weeks. Which program do you suggest that isn't too tough but won't have me losing any progress? I feel like I can't make any decisions right now ha ha.
