I was struggling a bit today on whether or not to actually tackle the new FB Fit Round 4 and with some “gentle” coaxing from Kelli we both tackled day one.
Thanks Tasha for getting us off to a nice spicy start. Wish me luck as this one is going to take some serious effort to get done.
Who else is taking up the challenge with Kelli and I. Are you worried as well or are you feeling confident/excited?
Kelli and I are shooting to have it done by the 12th of April so we have a few days for extra recovery if we need it, before the launch of another new program. What are your plans, are you giving yourself extra time or are you going to try to follow it as is?
Can’t wait to see how my strength and shape changes over the next 4-6 weeks. 💪
