I hope you're doing well!

I'm currently getting my butt kicked by my head cold. But I'm still kickin, so it'll be alright.

We've made it to the weekend just about, so that's good news! Plus; you've got an amazing weekend guest host to look forward to: Shab! Shabnam, thank you so much for ghosting, and can't wait to hear from you!

Ok, lets talk workouts! What do your workouts look like for today?

I'm not sure if there will be one for me today. I didn't do one yesterday either. Just a bit too under the weather for that.

What's on the menu for today?

Not sure foodwise, but doing my best to stay super hydrated the past couple days!

Finally, bear gif time! Here we've got 821 Pepper demonstrating the proper form of happy baby pose. (He totally nailed it.) Also, I officially petition we rename 'happy baby' to 'happy bear pose.'
