We’re here with our weekly roundup! Here’s a preview of the workouts you can look forward to next week. 

Sunday: We’re releasing a new 4 week program! FB Fit Round 4 might just be our most challenging program yet. Also coming out on Sunday is a brand-new 50-min stretching routine with Kelli and Daniel, which makes an appearance on Day 18 of the new program! 🎉
Monday: Glutes and Hamstrings Workout with Brian (47 min)
Tuesday: Chest and Back Circuits with Erica (49 min)
Wednesday: Kettlebell Strenght Circuits with Tasha (41 min)
Thursday: All Standing Extended Warm-Up with Erica (10 min)
