New! Guided Ocean Breathing Practice

I think people always have a difficult time explaining this breathing, but my favorite way to hear it discussed is “Darth Vader Breath.” In all seriousness, I know that we all love to practice different forms of deep breathing and, just like with exercise, having a variety of ways to practice is always helpful. 

Guided Ocean Breathing

So, during this particular practice, I will ask you to get into a comfortable lying position and hopefully give some time to feel settled and relaxed before we begin. Then, I will provide audio cues on how to practice Ocean Breathing and provide some space for you to practice on your own. As always, I’ll give some time for reflection before wrapping up for the practice. 

The primary goal with this one is stress relief and to find a way to connect with both our mind and body. Let me know in the comments below how this one went for you!
