I'm afeared I got a head cold. Hubby had one last week, and I was hoping all my head congestion was just from allergies. But it doesn't appear so. Yuck. (And thanks Typhoid Hubby.) Oh well. It's more of an annoyance than anything; and as the saying goes, since it's a head cold: "It's too far from heart to kill me", so I'll be fine.
Anywho, let's talk workouts!
What do your workouts look like for today?
I'm actually sore everywhere. Tasha lower body on Monday. Tasha upper body yesterday. Yep, I'm toast. I'll probably do some active recovery today to counter all that.
What's on the menu for today?
Coffee! And then probably some food at some point.
Finally, a bear gif. Otis takin a nap. I'm pretty jealous of the ol' guy right now. Pretty sure this is how I'd look whilst nappin too.
Alrighty then, I think that's about it for me today!
