It is a beautiful sunny day so of course I am going for a walk, but first I wanted to show you how long my legs are, ðŸ¤ðŸ¤ðŸ¤

I found a surprise in my local produce box this week, see the comments for another silly picture. I also received broccoli, oak leaf lettuce, cucumbers and apples. I have made a few nice salads this week and I cut up an apple to add to my oatmeal 😋.
Last night I made curried broccoli 🥦 with noodles, I'll have leftovers today.
I am in the middle of flex 2 although I feels like I am free styling since I am choosing mostly 30 minute workouts. There are so many to choose from so I yesterday I used the filters to select 30 minutes max, upper body strength and then hit the surprise button to narrow down my choices. I did a lovely workout with Kayla that was from her recent challenge.
