New Workout! Strength Basics

Hey FB Family!!

I'm excited to share the Strength Basics: Simple Movements to Perfect Your Form workout with you. This workout is perfect if you're recovering from a minor injury (like me) or are new to strength training. In this workout, we're back to the basics, focusing on simple exercises like pushing, pulling, lunging, and squatting. These are the building blocks of fitness that everyone can benefit from.

This workout helps us nail down the essential movements with proper form. Whether you're just starting out or have been working out for a while, it's an opportunity to get comfortable with these foundational exercises. For those who are more experienced, it's a chance to refine and tune up your technique and strengthen those basic skills necessary for overall fitness.
