Continue to practice your barre skills and challenge your body in a new way. This workout as a whole feels like 3 mini-workouts stacked into one as we work all muscles from head to toe.
You’ll need a mat, a small section of a wall, your “barre” and very light weights for the upper body section. A reminder that a sturdy chair or countertop that comes to waist height works great as your barre.
I had a hard time choosing whether this was a level 3 or 4 in difficulty because of the different components stacked into the same workout. There are level 4-worthy moments but overall I decided that this was a level 3. If you’re new to barre and its technicality, this may feel more on the challenging side. Practice makes progress though and in this routine, we get to do that for each area of the body.
