It's supposed to be another sunny day here, so that's something I'm looking forward too. Other than that, just another day!

Ok, so what do your workouts look like for this Tuesday?

Since I did an anterior body workout with Erica yesterday, I figured I would do a posterior body workout with Erica today to balance everything out!

What's on the menu for today?

I'm thinking something with fish and veggies!
