I'm recovering from being sick. Not quite feeling good enough yet for the heavy strength workouts I was doing when I got sick. Wondering what workout videos or short challenges are everyone's go-to's after being sick? Did yoga yesterday and that felt pretty good, but I definitely miss weights already.
