New Workout! Barre Cardio and Bodyweight Strength

Who’s itching for some more Barre?

Barre Cardio and Bodyweight Strength 

The exercises in this fast-paced barre routine will work on bodyweight strength for the whole body which will naturally keep cardio a primary focus as well. There’s some great muscle burn to be found here and the bored easily nature will help to keep it moving while you also improve posture, coordination, balance, and stabilization!

Although it’s body weight, we do have 3 pieces of equipment/props that will be needed:

  1. A mat for a couple of floor exercises
  2. A small cleared out space of a wall to simulate barre push ups
  3. A barre (sturdy chair or countertop that comes to waist height)

The routine is rated a 3 in difficulty with an exception for the booty burnout which is indeed, a burnout :) In the write-up and workout itself, I share tips on how to get the movement patterns down, what to focus on most, and how to adapt this to your needs today.
