Daily Check-in: Wednesday, February 7th

Hello Blenderz!

And welcome to the halfway day of the week.

So what's going on? Are you working out?

I am! ..Brian is giving me and my team a nice recovery routine today. And I gotta say after the first two days, I need it. I got some real sore glutes from yesterday's lower body workout. So yeah, definitely welcoming the recovery today!

But how are you working out today? I hope whatever it is, it works for you and your energy levels today. We really just do what we can.

As for food? I'm thinking something along the simple scary healthy stuff. Like leafy green salads and chicken. And that's as far as I got.
