Hello all, welcome to Monday! I'm not awake enough today for a useful quote, see meme above 😄. What do you do in the morning to get started?
In fitness, I'll just mention that the last couple of days of Erica's barre challenge (UB, followed by cardio intervals) have given me all kinds of interesting sore muscles. Been a while since I've had sore biceps! Going to take a day with something gentler -- stretching and a bit of Pilates later today.
Anyone got good ideas for supper? Last night I made sheet pan "greek chicken and vegetables", which meant a lemony marinade and olives mixed in. Tonight, all I've thought of is kale-pomegranate salad or butternut squash soup... or maybe butternut squash pasta -- I've seen that idea before, should look it up. What have you got going in the kitchen? 🧑🍳
