Dynamic Cardio Core Walking Workout 

An inviting workout, it blends steady-state cardio, functional core work, some hints of balance training and mobility, and even bodyweight strength all while keeping it low-key. This routine is equipment-free, low-impact, all standing, and bored easily! It can serve as active recovery, a moderate cardio workout, ease you back into movement after a break, and more. 

I felt this was an encouraging workout to press play on because the warm-up is built-in and you’ll keep your mind and body busy with new unique movement combinations with every interval. We place a special emphasis on strengthening, mobilizing, and initiating movement from our deep core while saying hello to other muscles along the way.

Although we focus on large ranges of motion in some ways, we never complete a full squat, lunge, etc., so intense muscle burn is avoided as we steer clear of time under tension. Energy will be flowing through your limbs and, if you’d like to boost the enjoyment even more, get some music flowing through your workout space on this one!
