The intention with this workout is for it to be fun AND functional.
The fun part? It’s a bored easily format with a variety of combination exercises that are unique and different.
The functional part? You’ll get your heart rate elevated using low-impact, bodyweight movements as well as moving in a variety of planes of motion, unlike traditional walking.
There is no warm up included or needed. We’ll naturally ease into the workout with low-complexity movements to start. Each of our 24 exercises will be performed for 50 seconds on / 10 seconds off. While no equipment is needed, you’re welcome to add ankle or light hand weights for extra intensity. Take what you need from this level 3 workout!
This routine was a bit out of my comfort zone and some of the movements I completely made up (they’re good, I promise) so I had to do some extra practice before filming to get in the flow. Overall, I had fun creating it for you and hope you enjoy!
