Latetly its been hard for me to sleep at night and I wanted to know what you guys to do/recommed to improve quality of sleep.
I usually try to go to bed between 10 0r 10:30 pm and wake up around 7:30 pm to get my day started. But I've noticed that for the last few month I wake up a lot at night. Its usually around the same time (1 am , 3 am, 4 am, 5 am, and 6 am). At first it was because my room was hot, I bought a fan to cool the room, then the air in the room was too dry. I bought a humidifier, now I just wake up at those times with headaches. I'm pretty sure its not normal. Would any one know whats going in? Is there any supplements or things I can do to improve my quality of sleep?
I've tried melatonin in the past but then I got worried I become dependent on it so I stopped. Is that accurate information? I just want to try things at home first before I consult with my doctor lol
Im fairly active, just started the workouts at home 30 min four times a week.
