Good next-to-last day of January! The month started off slowly for me, but here we are, already at the end.
So this week’s challenge within the challenge at work is to practice daily gratitude. Is this something that you do? Do you keep a gratitude journal, on paper or digitally? I’ve never been in the habit of journaling. I do recognize the benefits of focusing on positive things in your day, instead of dwelling on the negative. Yesterday. I was very grateful to hear from the vet that Loki’s medication is working and that his numbers have improved greatly in just one week.
I’m also grateful that the bump at the back of my head did not hinder my sleep as much last night, so I will be able to do the bonus points workout from the challenge at work, this afternoon. So far they’ve stuck to total body strength with cardio intervals. I hope they change it up this week. Do you have anything on your workout calendar for today?
