Quick is the idea this morning, I'm up a bit late and I really want to get my day started. Here's a thought to keep in mind today: "I have learned from my mistakes, and I am sure I can repeat them exactly." (Peter Cook)
I'm planning to do the UB workout from Erica's barre series. All this core work I've been doing may be a bit of a mistake 😳, will proceed with caution. Lunch will be leftovers, and supper will be pizza 😋. My sourdough crust is well-risen and should be very flavorful. What have you got planned for today?
