Okie dokie, guys, what's happenin on the workout front today?
I'm starting Brian's challenge today! I'm super excited, as I'm very fond of heavy lifting. So today looks to be upper body work, and that suits me just fine!
What's on the menu for today?
As per usual, I have no plans at the moment.
And here's a pic for your Monday. I feel like this is a great Monday pic. Like, it's Monday. You're just barely hanging in there, trying to figure out how you're even hanging there, but you're still doing it anyway---just like this snow on a fencepost.
