I'm a 40-something-year-old woman going through meno. I've worked out for the latter part of my life mostly with FB. I can tell you stories of how I used to be able to do a warm-up, hitt, weights, and maybe a quick pilates before a cool down. Today, I'm happy to at least move for about 30 mins with a 1 to 3-level difficulty.
I'm happy with my weight. I understand muscle weighs more than fat.
My frustration comes as I want to progress and get stronger in my fitness journey I start eating more and naturally weighing more. My clothes don't fit and it's just uncomfortable. I want to get lean and strong but my body tends to get bulky. My weight selection is fairly low, for example, I do 9 lbs each arm when doing bicep curls.
Advice for a lady who wants to get stronger pls!
