Sometimes being short on time can work to your advantage. Today’s workout is intended for those types of days:

Too many of us are booked and busy in 2024. That’s why we’re creating short-yet-sweet workouts to fit between sporting events, dinners, or meetings. Did we mention that they’re equipment-free, too?

Some Blenders have shared that it’s tough to fit these unique mobility workouts in for a variety of reasons. And we get it — how can it be counted as a “workout” when you’re not breathing hard, sweaty, or red in the face? In response to that, we encourage you to reconsider your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, get toned, or gain muscle, it’s important to partake in activities that keep your body functioning properly. Things like stretching and mobility workouts, like today’s release, check this box and help you stay stronger for longer!
