Good Tuesday morning!
It’s only Tuesday, but for once, I don’t want this work week to rush by, as we are working towards the end of the fiscal year, with multiple staggered deadlines, and I want to make sure that I have enough time to get everything done this week, as Friday is our first deadline. But I wish you a speedy work week, if that’s what you hope for.
What’s on your workout calendar for today? And what’s on the menu? I am happy that I am keeping up with my daily walks and slowly increasing my distance. And I have planned to finish the Booty challenge this week, so today will be a pilates and lower body strength workout with Kelli. Tonight, we’ll have spinach rice with a side protein. I put jalapeno in our rice for a little kick.
