It was such an effective, challenging, short & sweet workout - good as a standalone, glutes activation, or LB burnout.
I'd really love to see a 4- or even 8-week pure Pilates/resistance band low impact Program for 3-4 days/week with up to 1 optional short, low-impact HIIT/cardio day and 1 optional yoga/mobility/stretching day per week.
It would really be helpful for those who prefer low-impact Pilates workouts over traditional strength training, bodyweight calisthenics, or cardio/HIIT, which are well-represented in the full-length programs and challenges.
