But first: thank you to everyone who participated in (or is still working through) our free 2 week challenge! It has been a joy to see the positive energy and enthusiasm you’ve brought to this challenge. For those of you still in the middle of it: we’re cheering you on!
Coming up on Sunday, January 14, we have TWO 5 day challenges! Think of this double release as a “choose your own adventure” in strength training.
Essentials with Erica: “While creating this challenge, "essentials" to me meant approachable, foundational, and beginner-friendly. Whether you consider yourself a beginner, you're coming back from a break, or you're feeling in need of getting back to the fundamentals, this challenge holds great value for many exercisers.” — Erica
Level Up with Tasha: “Take your lifting to the next level with time under tension training for muscle growth and increased strength! This challenge is for anyone comfortably following a consistent strength training routine in search of a fun way to help you bridge the gap between your current weights and your goal weights.” — Tasha
The workouts will go live day by day at 4 AM PST, so you’ll be seeing two new workouts per day—one from Erica and one from Tasha—from Sunday through Thursday.
